1:1 Leadership & Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Growth Begins with Self-Awareness
Life and work have a way of asking more of us over time. Whether you’re navigating leadership growth, career transition, burnout, changing priorities, increased responsibility, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be, coaching creates space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity.
Through emotional intelligence coaching and structured support, you’ll strengthen self-awareness, resilience, communication, confidence, and decision-making while developing practical tools to navigate both leadership and life more intentionally.
When what once worked no longer feels aligned
There are seasons when the strategies that helped you succeed no longer feel aligned or sustainable.
You may be navigating career change, leadership growth, burnout, shifting priorities, increased responsibility, or the quiet realization that you have spent so long meeting expectations that you have lost connection with yourself in the process.
Often, the people who seek this work are thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed. From the outside, they appear confident, dependable, and successful. Internally, however, they may be carrying uncertainty, overwhelm, self-doubt, or the sense that something no longer fits.
Coaching creates the space to slow down, make sense of what’s changing, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Who the work supports
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply creating space to think differently.
This work may support you if you are navigating:
1. Burnout & Overwhelm
2. Leadership Growth
3. Career Transition
4. Shifting Identity or Priorities
5. Communication Challenges
6. Self-doubt or Overthinking
7. Difficulty Setting Boundaries
8. Balancing Ambition & Well-Being
9. Pressure to “Hold Everything Together”
10. Disconnection From Purpose or Clarity
A thoughtful, emotionally intelligent approach to coaching
Every person arrives with a different story, challenge, and definition of success. Rather than following a prescribed formula, coaching begins by understanding what matters most to you and what is shaping your experience today.
Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours influencing how you lead, communicate, make decisions, navigate change, and respond to pressure. As self-awareness grows, new choices become possible.
My approach integrates emotional intelligence, practical reflection, and structured support to help you build greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and alignment in both leadership and life.
This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about strengthening your capacity to navigate complexity with greater intention while staying connected to who you already are.
The work is collaborative, grounded, psychologically safe, and tailored to your goals, challenges, and stage of life or leadership.
What individual coaching can help with
Every coaching journey is unique because every person brings different experiences, goals, and challenges. Together, we focus on the areas that matter most to you, helping you build greater awareness, confidence, and practical strategies for moving forward.
Common areas of focus include:
Lead with Confidence
Leadership Growth & Effectiveness
Leadership Presence
Communication & Decision Making
Navigate Change
Career Transitions
Burnout Prevention
Resilience
Sustainable Growth
Reconnect with Yourself
Emotional Intelligence
Purpose & Values
Boundaries
Balancing Ambition & Well-Being
Together, we create space to better understand your patterns, strengthen your internal clarity, and move forward in a way that feels more grounded and sustainable.
Emotional intelligence assessments
For some clients, an EQ-i 2.0® emotional intelligence assessment can provide an additional layer of insight and help focus the coaching on the areas likely to have the greatest impact.
Rather than relying on self-reflection alone, the assessment offers a research-backed understanding of how emotional intelligence influences the way you communicate, make decisions, respond to stress, build relationships, and show up in leadership and everyday life.
Together, we explore your results to better understand your strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and translate those insights into practical actions that support your goals.
An emotional intelligence assessment is optional and recommended only when it aligns with your coaching objectives and the outcomes you want to achieve.
Why use an assessment?
Self-awareness is difficult because we all have blind spots. An emotional intelligence assessment provides a structured starting point for meaningful conversations, helping us spend less time guessing and more time focusing on the areas that will have the greatest impact.
A note about this work
Coaching is not about fixing you.
It is about creating the space, awareness, and support to help you navigate life and leadership more intentionally.
Sometimes that means making an important decision. Sometimes it means building confidence, having difficult conversations, strengthening boundaries, navigating change, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that have been overshadowed by pressure, responsibility, or expectation.
The work looks different for everyone because you are not a template.
And that is exactly the point. The work is shaped by your goals, your experiences, and what matters most to you.
My role is to partner with you, ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and help you turn meaningful insight into practical action that supports lasting growth.
Your Questions Answered
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Many people begin coaching because they know something needs to change, even if they can't quite put words to it yet.
Whether you're navigating leadership growth, burnout, a career transition, changing priorities, or simply feeling disconnected from the way you're showing up, coaching creates space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater intention.
Every conversation begins with you.
Rather than following a rigid agenda, we'll focus on what's most important while staying connected to your longer-term goals. Some sessions involve working through a difficult conversation or decision. Others create space to explore patterns, build self-awareness, celebrate progress, or identify practical next steps.
My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and create a space where you can better understand yourself, trust your own thinking, and move forward with greater intention.
No two people arrive with the same story, but many share a similar feeling: something no longer feels quite right.
Clients often come to coaching while navigating leadership growth, burnout, career transitions, changing priorities, increased responsibility, communication challenges, self-doubt, or a desire to lead and live in a way that feels more aligned.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Sometimes discovering the real question is part of the work.
Coaching is future-focused and centered on helping you move toward where you want to go.
Unlike counselling, coaching isn't designed to diagnose or treat mental health concerns. Unlike mentoring, I won't tell you what I think you should do based on my experience.
Instead, coaching is a partnership. I bring thoughtful questions, perspective, structure, and accountability. You bring your experiences, insights, and goals. Together, we create meaningful, sustainable growth that feels authentic to you.
Absolutely.
The EQ-i 2.0 assessment offers valuable insight into how you navigate self-awareness, communication, decision-making, relationships, and resilience. For some clients, it's a helpful starting point. For others, coaching begins with conversation.
There isn't one right path. Together, we'll determine what will best support your growth.
Leadership isn't defined by a title.
It's reflected in how we communicate, navigate challenges, influence others, and show up in our relationships, work, and everyday decisions. Whether you lead a team, your family, a project, or simply want to lead yourself with greater intention, coaching can help you move forward in a way that feels more aligned with who you are.
That depends on what you're hoping to achieve.
Some people come with a specific challenge, while others are looking for deeper personal or professional growth over time. Together, we'll determine an approach that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your goals.
The intention isn't to create dependence. It's to help you build the awareness, confidence, and self-trust to continue navigating challenges long after our work together ends.
Yes.
Creating a space where you can think openly and honestly is fundamental to effective coaching. Our conversations are confidential, with the exception of legal or ethical obligations that require disclosure.
Trust is at the heart of this work, and meaningful growth begins with feeling safe enough to be fully yourself.
Yes. Coaching is offered virtually, allowing us to connect wherever you're located while creating a thoughtful, focused space for meaningful conversation.
I've found that growth doesn't depend on sharing the same physical space, it depends on creating the right environment for honest reflection, curiosity, and action. Virtual coaching offers the flexibility to do that while fitting more naturally into the realities of work and life.
When it would genuinely benefit the coaching process, I may occasionally suggest a different approach or setting. Those moments are guided by what's most supportive for you, rather than following a standard format.
