About Narissa Kohut
Leadership shaped by experience, self-awareness, and perspective
Leadership. Growth. Human Connection.
Where leadership and self-awareness meet
Why Me?
The path that led me here
I believe people lead better when they feel connected to themselves.
After more than 20 years in corporate leadership roles, I saw firsthand how pressure, responsibility, and constant performance expectations can slowly disconnect people from their own clarity, voice, and well-being. I experienced it myself through periods of burnout, transition, and questioning what meaningful success truly looked like.
What consistently mattered most throughout my career wasn’t just strategy or outcomes. It was helping people navigate challenges, grow through change, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Over time, it became clear that the work I found most meaningful sat at the intersection of leadership, personal growth, and human development. That realization ultimately led me to combine my background in leadership, counselling, emotional intelligence, and coaching into the work I do today.
Perspective Shift
Redefining success in a more human way
One Life, Not Two
We often speak about work and life as though they are separate. But the reality is, we only have one life. How we work, lead, communicate, and care for ourselves all shape the quality of it.
Sustainable Growth
Success is not about pushing harder at all costs. Sustainable success creates space for ambition, relationships, rest, and the things that matter most.
A More Human Definition of Success
Rather than stepping away from ambition or impact, it can also be reflected in alignment, meaningful relationships, well-being, and a sense of purpose along the way.
My Philosophy
Leadership and self-awareness are deeply connected
Leadership doesn’t begin with managing others. It begins with understanding ourselves.
How we respond to pressure, communicate through conflict, navigate change, and build relationships is deeply connected to our level of self-awareness. The way we lead others is often a reflection of how we lead ourselves.
The conditions we create within ourselves shape the conditions we create for others. The more connected we are to ourselves, the more intentionally we create environments where people feel trusted, supported, and able to grow.
Leadership is less about being the expert in the room and more about creating the conditions where people can contribute, grow, and do their best work.
My Work Today
How I support individuals and organizations today
The experiences that shaped my perspective also shaped the way I work.
Today, I partner with individuals and organizations navigating leadership, growth, change, and transition. Together, we build greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the confidence to navigate challenges with clarity and intention.
Drawing on my background in leadership, counselling, coaching, and organizational consulting, my approach combines thoughtful reflection with practical action. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel both supported and challenged, with space to think differently, build new awareness, and take intentional action.

At the heart of this work
Where Clarity Begins
Because beneath many leadership and life challenges is often a more human question:
How do I stay connected to who I am while navigating everything life and work are asking of me?
That is the work I care deeply about.
Because clarity isn’t the destination. It’s where meaningful leadership, healthier relationships, and sustainable growth begin.
Clarity Begins With Connection
Let’s start with a conversation.
Whether you are navigating leadership growth, career transition, burnout, communication challenges, or organizational change, support can create clarity, perspective, and forward movement.
A coffee chat is a simple place to begin.
